Payment options

Payment by bank transfer
Within one working day of assessing your order we will send you a payment request (pro-forma invoice), detailing the product to be delivered, total costs to be paid (should there be any variations) as well as any possible delays.
A valid purchase is dependent on receipt of payment.
The transfer, including your full name and quoting the invoice number we provide, should be made to:

We will reserved the ordered article for a maximum of 10 days from receipt of payment. Should no receipt of funds occur within this time your order will be cancelled without further notice.

Paypal is a secure, easy payment method. Once you have completed your order you will be guided to the Paypal website where you can make your secure payment. In most cases, once the transaction is successfully completed, your order will be shipped the next working day.

Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa-Card and VISA – Verified by Visa)
Simply pay by credit card. We will debit the amount due from your credit card. We accept Mastercard with your Securecode and VISA – Verified by Visa. The payment occurs through an SSL connection provided by mPAY24 in Austria. Once payment is successful your order will, in most cases, be shipped the following working day.

Collection in Person
Simply make the order online at home and let us know at this stage, or by email, when you wish to collect your purchase. Payment is then made when you come to collect. No delivery charges are incurred. Your desired article will be reserved for a maximum of 10 days. If, during this time, you do not state otherwise or the article is not collected, your order will be cancelled without futher notice. A contract of sale is only valid pursuant to full payment of the purchase price.

Unavailable Products
We are committed to ensuring our online range is kept up to date. However, in very rare cases an article might simultaneously be sold in the store. Should the article therefore be temporarily unavailable, we will contact you immediately to confirm whether you wish to cancel the online purchase, accept the longer delivery time or choose an alternative product.  If payment by credit card has already been made and the order is subsequently cancelled due to the product being unavailable you will of course receive a full refund including delivery charges. If payment is to be made by bank transfer we must first confirm the article is available before issuing you a payment request or pro-forma invoice. It will then be reserved for a maximum of 10 days from issuing the pro-forma invoice.

We reserve the right to amend our prices and are exempt from mistakes made.
