At the time of your online purchase we will be unable to confirm the exact weight of the order so the maximum transport costs will be displayed. Once the goods are packaged and weighed we will confirm to you the actual shipping charges.  If you are paying by bank transfer the payment request will detail the exact amount due. If you have chosen the credit card payment option leave the amount to be paid as displayed and we will debit ONLY the exact amount with the actual shipping charges.

Deliveries to foreign countries may incur duties, taxes and fees which are not included in the total price shown and are to be borne by you. We have no influence on these fees and unfortunately can not give you any information about their amount.

Pick up in our shop
If you have arranged to collect your purchase yourself we will inform you by email when the product is ready and your collection options. No delivery charges will be incurred.

General information
Delivery is insured. Delivery charges must always be paid by the purchaser.
Our delivery provider is exclusively the Austrian Post. Once your parcel has left our premises you will receive an info mail from us with the parcel number so that you can track its progress online. This delivery is insured.
Products can be reserved for up to 10 days. If within this time we receive no confirmation of payment, the order will be canceled without further notice. The purchase is only valid upon full payment of the purchase price.

Delivery Terms
Our online offer is non-binding and subject to change. The majority of our products are in stock and unless otherwise stated will be posted between 1 and 3 (very rarely) days. By payment prior to receipt of goods this deadline commences upon receipt of payment. Made to order products are excluded from these terms and will require a longer delivery period.

Unavailable Products
We are committed to ensuring our online range is kept up to date. However, in very rare cases an article might simultaneously be sold in the store. Should the article therefore be temporarily unavailable, we will contact you immediately to confirm whether you wish to cancel the online purchase, accept the longer delivery time or choose an alternative product. If payment by credit card has already been made and the order is subsequently cancelled due to the product being unavailable you will of course receive a full refund including delivery charges. If payment is to be made by bank transfer we must first confirm the article is available before issuing you a payment request or pro-forma invoice. It will then be reserved for a maximum of 10 days from issuing the pro-forma invoice.

Should numerous products with varying delivery times be ordered, shipping will be based on the longest of these times. We reserve the right to ship the products separately. If a supplier is unable to deliver to us, Charisma am Stadtplatz may withdraw from a delivery contact.
Please bear in mind that there is no post on weekends and bank holidays.

We reserve the right to amend our prices and are exempt from mistakes made.
